A CHAUFFEUR who stalked a former passenger and has been accused of harassing others has had his commercial licence reinstated in a controversial ruling.
The Sunbury man - whom the Herald Sun may not name for legal reasons - runs hire cars in Melbourne, including a limousine company that caters especially for women.The man's licence was cancelled in 2009 by the Victorian Taxi Directorate when he was found guilty of stalking a former client.
